چکیده

In this paper, we explore the optimal combination of femtosecond laser drilling parameters for micro-hole processing on DD6 single-crystal high-temperature alloy and analyze significance parameter variations microstructure characteristics holes. The L25(56) orthogonal test was performed by controlling six during ring processing: average power; overlap rate; defocus feed amount; gas pressure; end position. influence factors analyzed ANOVA, were optimized genetic algorithm. Scanning electron microscopy micropores salient features pores analyzed. Finally, calculated extreme differences conducted single-factor effect analysis. We conclude that rate has most significant level hole single crystal alloy; position is smaller than others. are power 6.73 W; 99%, 0 mm; pressure 0.2 MPa; 0.02 mm, −0.4 mm.

Femtosecond Laser Micromachining of Single-crystal Superalloys

Investigations on femtosecond laser micromachining of single crystal superalloys with and without plasma-sprayed thermal barrier coatings were conducted under laser fluences ranging from 0.1 J/cm up to 160 J/cm. Micromachining was carried out in air using a titanium:sapphire laser system ( = 780 nm) operating at a repetition rate of 1 kHz and delivering individual pulses of ~150 fs duration. Th...

Micro-hole drilling with femtosecond fiber laser

In this paper, micro-hole drilling in ambient air is presented using fs fiber laser (750 fs & 1030 nm). Micro holes were fabricated in both transparent (glasses) and non-transparent materials (metals and tissues). Hole shape and morphology was characterized and evaluated with optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Debris-free micro holes with good roundness and no thermal da...

Drilling of Copper Using a Dual-Pulse Femtosecond Laser

The drilling of copper using a dual-pulse femtosecond laser with wavelength of 800 nm, pulse duration of 120 fs and a variable pulse separation time (0.1–150 ps) is investigated theoretically. A one-dimensional two-temperature model with temperature-dependent material properties is considered, including dynamic optical properties and the thermal-physical properties. Rapid phase change and phase...

Micro-hole drilling and cutting using femtosecond fiber laser

Micro-hole drilling and cutting in ambient air are presented by using a femtosecond fiber laser. At first, the micro-hole drilling was investigated in both transparent (glasses) and nontransparent (metals and tissues) materials. The shape and morphology of the holes were characterized and evaluated with optical and scanning electron microscopy. Debris-free micro-holes with good roundness and no...

LASER EMISSION IN DIODE-PUMPED Nd:YAG SINGLE-CRYSTAL WAVEGUIDES REALIZED BY DIRECT FEMTOSECOND-LASER WRITING TECHNIQUE

Buried waveguides have been realized in a 0.7 at.% Nd:YAG single crystal using the direct-writing technique with a femtosecond laser. Efficient laser emission at 1.06 and 1.32 μm is demonstrated and laser action at 0.94 μm is obtained using the pump with fiber-coupled diode laser at 807 nm, the first demonstration of such devices.
